Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING — North America We offer complimentary standard shipping to the following destinations:

  • Canada
  • Aruba, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — Europe & United Kingdom We ship to select countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

  • Orders of $50 USD or more: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $50 USD: $15 USD flat rate

Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local customs office. GLITCH-BELLE has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. GLITCH-BELLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages GLITCH-BELLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
