REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@glitch-belle.com or call 917-525-4073. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, GLITCH-BELLE will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns (change of mind, sizing), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Unfortunately we do not refund or return gift certificates.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
